What is your priority?

At the beginning of this week, you should be asking yourself how well you are doing?  It was suggested yesterday that you looked over your assessments and your Blog to see where you are in terms of change.  Do you feel that you have progressed as far as you hoped or are you feeling like a hamster on a wheel, running and running but not getting anywhere?  In either case you need to ask yourself what your priorities are?  Do you have change as a priority?

Make your own recovery the first priority in your life.
