We are fickle creatures. Many of us desire what others have, not realising that sometimes others desire what we have. The old saying that the grass is always greener on the other side is sooo true and never more so than with a group of problem drinkers. Maybe it was that discontentment that made us drink, wanting what we did not have, unhappy with what we did have.
