Have you changed?

You are now into the fourth week since joining the website, what has happened?  Have you changed?  If you have been carrying out the 4 week program you will have a number of assessments about your life, craving and drinking.  You should also have entries in your Blog.  Look at the graphs, read your Blog.  Have you changed at all?  If not why do you think this is?  If you have changed, where have these changes made the most impact?  What has still to change?  Are things getting generally better?  Do you need to make more effort?

There is nothing like returning to a place that remains unchanged to find the ways in which you yourself have altered.
