4 Weeks

You have now been in the website for 4 weeks.  If you have been using the tools, especially the Blog, look back at what you wrote 4 weeks ago, three, two, one week ago.  Do you recognise the feelings, are they still with you?  Or have things changed for you?  If the feelings are still the same and you have not used the tools, then make a resolution to do so NOW.  Then make another resolution to look at what you write today in another 4 weeks.

You get out of recovery what you put into it.
