This Principle deals with worry and anxiety.  In the workbook we ask you to identify some occasions when you worry/are anxious and look at alternative ways of dealing with the situation.

Like most of the program, change takes time.  We wish we could tell you different but there is no instant cure.

Change and peace comes from learning and practicing new habits.  So you need to work at it!
