One of the things that we are very proud of at Bottled Up is the wisdom, common sense and and support that our members offer to each other. At times it can be very moving when someone from another country, or even continent, reaches out to help. It reminds us that we are not alone and that the problems we are facing are not unique. But what is so special about this sharing is that people are opening up about topics that they would normally keep secret because of the associated shame. Yet, here they are disclosing these secrets in order to help and support another member.
